Housed in an industrial 50s warehouse formerly occupied by Rolls-Royce and acquired in a semi-derelict state, Queensrollahouse has been constructed using found and redundant materials, balancing functionality and subversion. The 12,000 sq ft space houses a project space, roof terrace and atrium. There are 22 purpose-built artists’ studios across 2 floors.
The roof terrace comprises a small bar and kitchen. Available furnished or unfurnished. Tarps can be installed for wet weather conditions.
