My work is inspired by Islamic architecture and colour palettes, Arabic calligraphy and abstracted mark making.
I have recently illustrated my first children’s book, Elephant, where is your comb? with Beeshabu publishing. I participated in the Martinware Curatorship programme run by Ealing Council and teach creative workshops with community organisation Ubuntu Spirit.
