Could you be our Development Officer?
We’re looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills to work in our libraries and contribute to better, increased engagement initiatives and build involvement with our residents and community groups.
As part of the development team, you will support the coordination of an engagement programme of events and activities. You will work with internal and external stakeholders.
You will support the development of a cultural programme in key libraries including developing content and events, collaborating with the colleagues in the wider Culture and Libraries team. You will promote the wider cultural offer of our libraries by posting listings and developing stories on our social platforms.
Salary: £38,256 to £39,276 pa
Deadline: 8th December 2025
Hours: 35 hours a week including some evenings and weekends
