Join author Candida Mosoma for a free early-evening experience of South African storytelling, creativity and craft.
Candida will tell the story of Khanyi and the Fireflies, bringing Khanyi’s world to life through an immersive storytelling experience. Children will then take part in a magical firefly hunt before creating their own glowing firefly jar to take home.
The event celebrates South African culture and storytelling as part of Black History Month and is designed for young children and their families.
The event starts promptly at 4pm and finishes at 6pm. Please arrive in time for the 4pm start. Free entry and no booking required.
Parkside Yards is approximately an 8–10 minute walk from Southall Station, with street parking available nearby.
The event takes place on the first floor. The venue has lift access from the ground floor and is equipped for visitors with accessibility needs.
