We have an exciting evening coming up at The Dominion Centre this October as we welcome back The Enchanters to their hometown Southall after 40 years, for an evening celebrating their unique roots reggae sound which took over stages and venues across the country during their time with Rock Against Racism.
Alongside the live music performance from The Enchanters there will also be an exhibition exploring Rock Against Racism, in collaboration with photographer, graphic designer and legend Syd Shelton.
Syd become one of the key activists in the Rock Against Racism movement (RAR). He was a photographer and one of the key designers of the RAR magazine Temporary Hoarding (1976 to 1981) and this will be the first time his work related to Rock Against Racism is exhibited in Southall.
Love Music Hate Racism also join us for a special pop up on the day, as well as Rebels & Pilgrims, who will have some exciting opportunities for local musicians and artists to perform in the evening as well as live DJ Sets to help you dance into the evening after the live performances.
