Could you help improve Southall?
Your Voice Your Town is a new way of organising the towns in our borough. It brings residents, businesses, faith groups, community organisations and councillors together to improve their area and make great things happen.
Currently they are looking for organisations, groups or individuals, with great ideas for Southall. They have £120,000 available for projects that help create a more clean and pleasant Southall.
They are looking for projects that:
- Develop and promote pride in place – helping us all be proud of a clean and pleasant Southall.
- Inform, educate and motivate residents and businesses to keep Southall clean and inspire long lasting behaviour change.
- Encourage businesses to comply with waste management responsibilities.
- Address the underlying reasons that increase fly tipping and waste challenges in Southall.
There are three levels of community grant available:
- Small grants – up to £1,000
- Medium grants – up to £5,000
- Large grants – up to £80,000
