The Creative Careers Work Experience Programme offers you:
- A rewarding opportunity for your staff.
- Increased local brand visibility, showcasing your commitment to nurturing talent and diversity.
- A more diverse talent pipeline, helping you discover fresh, new perspectives for your future hiring needs.
85% of employers say they look for work experience when hiring, yet only 34% of students leave school with any. Ealing Council and Spark! are determined to change this, offering young people in our community a genuine chance to gain the skills and experience needed to secure the jobs of their dreams. By taking part, your organisation will play a vital role in empowering the next generation of creatives.
Join us this summer and help shape the future of the creative industry.
