OPEN are inviting for Expressions of Interest from artists, designers and makers to collaborate with architects, engineers and communities – while demonstrating a connection to the unique part of our borough – in Park Royal.
They are working on a series of permanent art commissions for Minerva Road Energy Centre – a new energy centre being created to reclaim waste heat from nearby data centres. It will become a new public-facing, civic structure that reflects the area’s rich industrial heritage, creative economy and local community. Artist commissions will play a central role in shaping this identity through thoughtful, context-led interventions.
